How did the quarantine affect your creative process?
Early quarantine anxiety and restlessness fueled my creative practice. However, as months went on and the fatigue set in, there was a period of unproductive depression.
An artist, musician and actor you’d invite to dinner.
I immediately hesitate to answer. I’m super worried to meet the people whose work I admire. I’ll name the dead ones – Aleksandr Rodchenko, Maria Callas, Robin Williams.

How do you get through a creative block?
I have one that works for me. Do something tedious that you don’t enjoy but which needs to be done for as long as possible and then go to your work desk and give yourself freedom to create anything using your favorite materials with no rules.
Did you always want to be an artist?
I went to a culinary school and wanted to pursue a career in the food industry but I prefer being an artist.

What do you listen to when creating?
I don’t usually listen to music, I have Golden Girls on. It soothes me.
